Liangxun Li: Value distribution of automorphic forms and associated $L$-functions

The value distribution of automorphic forms is a central topic in arithmetic quantum chaos. 

In this talk, I will discuss recent progress on several aspects of this subject including the growth of $L^p$-norms and restriction $L^p$-norms, joint value distributions of automorphic forms and variance estimates. 

These results are based on separate joint works with Bingrong Huang, Shenghao Hua, and Chengliang Guo. 

The proofs rely on the analytic theory of $L$-functions.
