The data you enter during registration, especially you e-mail address, is handled with special care. It will only be used for communicating news from the Conference; the organizers do not pass it to third parties, and the address will be deleted when the Conference ends. In case you wish to book a room, please contact one of the hotels directly.
If you plan to attend the conference, you are encouraged to register as early as possible, even if you do not have all the required data available. Only your name and e-mail address is required at the first time, and you will be able to return later to complete your data. First time registrants will receive an e-mail with their login ID which they can use later to update their data. You do not have to register again if you pre-registered already.
If you forget your ID or password, please enter your email address once again under "Getting an ID", we will send the confirmation mail once again.
Please note that registration fee does not cover hotel fees. Hotel registration must be done with the hotel directly, for rates and details please consult the hotels page.
Registration fee coversOnline payment is not available any more. In case you wish to participate on the conference and have not paid your registration fee yet, please pay cash (HUF 54000, payable only in Hungarian forints) at
the registration desk.
