Accommodation

Organizers have secured rooms and special fees for participants in the following nearby hotels: Danubius Hotel Astoria, Danubius Hotel Erzsébet, IBIS Centrum and Danubius Hotel Gellért, all in the center, within walking distance from the Institute. Hotel reservations should be made directly with the hotel. Unfortunately there is only a finite number of rooms reserved at each hotel, so please book your room as soon as you can.

Please note that:

  • The reservations can be cancelled and/or modified without indemnification only at least 30 days before the original arrival date;
  • For cancellations and/or modifications 15-29 days before the original arrival date 30% of the reserved service will be charged as indemnification fee;
  • For cancellations and/or modifications 8-14 days before the original arrival date 50% of the reserved service will be charged as indemnification fee;
  • For cancellations and/or modifications up to 7 days before the original arrival date or No-Show 100% of the reserved service will be charged as indemnification fee;
  • The above conditions are valid also in case of reduction of the nights reserved.
