Normed variants of a theorem of Macbeath

Absztrakt: A classical theorem of Macbeath states that among convex bodies of unit volume, Euclidean balls are hardest to approximate with an inscribed convex polytope with a fixed number of vertices. In this talk we present normed variants of this problem, and solve some of them. Ongoing joint work with Shanshan Wang.
