Welcome to the homepage of the Next Generation Sequencing 2010 workshop. The workshop is organized by the Alfréd Rényi Institute of Mathematics. The aim of the workshop is to discuss the algorithmic, computational and technological challanges of next generation sequencing techniques as well as the possibilities that this technology opens in bioinformatics, genomics and systems biology. Above invited lectures, there will be short presentations selected from submitted abstracts, and we also plan to arrange some discussion sessions as well as software demos and tutorials.
There is no registration fee for this workshop, however, registration is necessary. Proposals for short talks are welcome. One page abstracts can be submitted to miklosi_at_renyi_hu. The deadline for submissions is 30th of April.
