Announcement

The aim of the conference is to bring together researchers from algebraic geometry, singularity theory and low dimensional topology in order to present and discuss the new results and perspectives for recent and old problems in the fusion of these fields. At the same time, this would give a good opportunity to celebrate the scientific achievements of András Némethi in honor of his 60th birthday. Thus, the conference will consist of invited plenary talks by prominent mathematicians whose work has special connections to that of András.
