The Alfréd Rényi Institute of Mathematics, the János Bolyai Mathematical Society and the Hungarian Academy of Sciences are organizing a conference in the fall of 2010 to celebrate the eightieth birthday of Vera T. Sós. The conference will be held on September 10-12, 2010 in Budapest.



There will only be invited talks given by outstanding mathematicians whose work is related to Vera's. Speakers who have already accepted our invitation include:
