The data you enter during registration, especially you e-mail address, is handled with special care. It will only be used for communicating news from the Conference; the organizers do not pass it to third parties, and the address will be deleted when the Conference ends. In case you wish to book a room, please contact one of the hotels directly.
If you plan to attend the conference, you are encouraged to register as early as possible, even if you do not have all the required data available. Only your name and e-mail address is required at the first time, and you will be able to return later to complete your data. First time registrants will receive an e-mail with their login ID which they can use later to update their data.
If you forget your ID or password, please enter your email address once again under "Getting an ID", we will send the confirmation mail once again.
The registration fee for the conference is:

Online payment by credit card is administered by an intermediate bank (OTP Bank), and transaction will be processed on their page, thus it is absolutely secure. Unfortunately the intermediate bank accepts only forint transfers, so the registration fee is determined in forints, and it also contains the service fee.

For students and young researchers, limited support for the registration fee is available. To apply for it, please leave a comment at the online registration form, and then send your CV and a letter of motivation to the email address disconv2017_at_gmail.com. The deadline for applying for financial support is April 20, 2017.
